Description |
The proposed technology is a modification of the well-known gas-phase mode of production based on composites of several compounds. Technology allows to develop functional medium which can be used in the registration and analysis of information , alternative energy and pharmaceuticals. The technology was tested during the creation of functional mediums that contain up to 5 different components. The dopant's component size are within the range from nano- to micro- meters scale. The thickness of the medium can be up to 1 micron. The patent of Ukraine was granted for the proposed technology. The research results were published in 12 scientific papers. |
