Description |
The technology allows in an automatic mode to solve problems of administration, planning, monitoring, accounting, budgeting, procurement, management of the labor and material resources and to form the informational standard of enterprise in the process of solving these tasks. The information about the technological processes in the project about the work already carried out about the availability and cost of labor and material resources necessary for their implementation as well as on the available resources and their availability about the timing of purchases is entered to the system database. Wherein the material resources are divided into those that are purchased and those that are produced in the project (products). Based on this information a simulation of each of the projects in the portfolio is made. The intelligent system is trained on the results of previous simulations. Of the many options better results corresponding to the set conditions (minimal duration of the project, less labor resources, etc.) are selected. After entering, the system keeps track of how this fits to plan and under the new modeling takes into account the current project situation. To avoid duplication of information is possible a communication with the automated accounting system. This technology was implemented at an aircraft production, where each plane is considered as a separate project, consisting of approximately 800 procured units and 1500 manufactured units of material resources. With this technology failed to increase the production output approximately in 2-fold without increasing amount of the labor resources. Also, the technology currently is being implemented in a number of other enterprises. |
